United States

Free shipping. Most orders arrive in 1–6 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take up to 10 business days.

Canada

Free shipping. 2–9 business days. Remote areas may take up to 12 business days.

Europe (EU)

Free shipping from our German warehouse. 1–6 business days for most EU countries (Germany usually within 5). VAT included where applicable.

United Kingdom

Free shipping from our UK warehouse. 1–4 business days.

Australia

Free shipping. 2–8 business days. Regional and remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

Processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the nearest warehouse. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

If your item is not in your local warehouse

We may ship from another warehouse to get your order out sooner. In that case transit is longer (typically 10–20 business days) and we tell you the expected date before dispatch.

Shipping Information

At SOOPII, we get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays); during peak seasons this can extend to 3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times below are measured from order confirmation, based on recent orders. They are estimates only; actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen events.

United States: 1–6 business days
Canada: 2–9 business days
Germany (domestic): 1–5 business days
European Union: 1–6 business days
United Kingdom: 1–4 business days
Australia (metro areas): 2–6 business days
Australia (regional/remote): 3–10 business days

We ship from the warehouse closest to you. If your item is not in stock locally, we may ship from another warehouse: transit is then longer (typically 10–20 business days) and we confirm the expected date before dispatch.
Carriers & tracking

We partner with reliable carriers depending on your region:

  • United States & Canada: UPS, FedEx, USPS
  • Germany & EU: DHL (primary), DPD
  • United Kingdom: DHL, DPD
  • Australia: iMile, Aramex, Australia Post, and other regional carriers

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at shop@soopii.com.
Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipped from a warehouse within your country or customs union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

For orders shipped from outside your country (e.g., if local stock is unavailable), your order may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping fee.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, damaged & incorrect orders

Lost packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you with a carrier investigation if necessary.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product, and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

Delayed shipments: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect shipping address: Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — if the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct it.

Split shipments: If your order contains multiple items and some are out of stock locally, we may split the shipment. You will receive separate tracking numbers. No additional shipping charges will apply.

Returns & refunds

We have a 30-day return policy. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
