What design rights protect SooPii products?
Original industrial designs — including the retractable cable housing form factor, flat braided cable profile, tower power strip vertical layout, and cable management box enclosure — are protected under applicable design rights. These protections cover visual appearance and functional form across our primary markets.
How do I report suspected IP infringement?
If you believe a product or listing infringes on SooPii's intellectual property, email legal@soopii.com with the suspected infringing product URL, your relationship to the IP, and supporting documentation. We review all reports within 5 business days.
