Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight/dimensions of your order.

Estimated delivery time for the United States: 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@soopii.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@soopii.com. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
