What is your return policy?
30-day returns from delivery, in original condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days for most regions, up to 14 in remote areas.
Are my purchases final sale?
No. Every order can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
Where are your products made?
Scandinavian design, manufactured by trusted partners under strict quality control. Every product is tested to IEC safety standards and carries RoHS compliance for restricted substances — verified before shipping from our warehouses in the US, EU, and Asia.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on every order — no minimum. Import duties may apply when an order ships from outside your country.
Will the CS Series charge my laptop and phone?
Yes — USB-C Power Delivery handles laptops, phones, tablets and earbuds, allocating power to each device as it demands. The CS70 Pro delivers up to 65W on a single PD port, enough for most USB-C laptops.
How fast is fast charging?
Fast charging delivers the highest safe wattage your device can accept, with power shared dynamically across active ports. The USB Power Delivery specification (maintained by USB-IF) defines how devices negotiate power — our stations support PD 3.0/3.1, delivering up to 140W on a single port.
Is the 10-port station safe for all my devices?
Yes. Overcharge and over-current protection are built in, and every unit is independently safety-tested before it ships. Our products carry ETL certification (UL 62368-1), CE marking, and FCC compliance — the same safety standards required by major electronics brands.
What is GaN, and why does it matter?
GaN (gallium nitride) is a more efficient semiconductor than silicon. It runs cooler, so you get more power in a smaller unit, with less heat under load. Gallium nitride has been used in power electronics since the 2010s and is now the standard in compact high-wattage chargers.
Are the cables durable?
Yes. Braided nylon, reinforced connectors and strain-tested ends — built for daily bending. Our cables use nylon-braided jackets over copper cores, which is why we back them with a 2-year warranty against defects.
How does the warranty work?
Every product carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Claim with your order number — we repair, replace, or refund.
Do I need a separate adapter when traveling?
100–240V input. Works on mains supplies worldwide. Destination socket adapter may be required.
Will it get hot when all ports are charging?
No. GaN runs cooler than silicon, a built-in fan activates above 45°C, and every unit is ETL-certified for sustained full-power use.
Is the power cord long enough?
Cord length varies by model — see the specifications on each product page. If your outlet sits far from your desk, check the length before ordering.
Does it support Apple Watch?
Yes — via USB. Bring your Apple Watch magnetic charging cable and plug it in.
Will the ports wear out after long-term use?
Charging ports are covered by the 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
