It began at a desk in Stockholm
SOOPII started the way most quiet things do — with an observation. In a Stockholm office, we looked at a desk and saw the same mess everyone had learned to live with. Cables crossing in every direction. Chargers stacked on chargers. A knot of black wires that nobody could name, feeding a pile of phones, laptops, and half-forgotten devices.
Charging had become the mess on the desk. Not a problem anyone complained about loudly. Just a small, constant friction — the cord that slipped, the port that sat empty, the wall that filled with adapters. We noticed it. Then we decided to build our way out of it.
Restraint, function first
We grew up around the same design instinct as Braun, IKEA, and Fjällräven. Remove until nothing is left but what works. Then remove a little more.
Every SOOPII product starts with a question: what must this do? The answer comes first, always. Everything after it — the shape, the texture, the color — serves that answer. Nothing decorative. Nothing extra. If a part doesn't earn its place, it doesn't stay. Function first means the design disappears and the product simply works.
What we make
CS Series — multi-port USB-C charging stations. From 4 to 10 ports, 22W to 200W. GaN fast charging. Heat management that stays quiet. One station, one cable per device, one clean desk.
S Series — USB-C cables with a live wattage display. Kevlar® reinforced. Transparent shells on the S45. Retractable on the S86. Built to bend, twist, and survive the bag, the nightstand, and the years.
TPS and FPS — power strips and towers that finally get the wall tidy. Arranged, labeled, safe. TÜV Rheinland certified, as everything we ship is.
