What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return shipping; if your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover it. Not satisfied? Contact us and we'll arrange the return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days for most regions, up to 14 for the rest of the world — see the Shipping page for region-specific estimates.
Are my purchases final sale?
No. Every order can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition.
Where are your products made?
Designed in Stockholm. Manufactured with trusted partners across Europe and Asia under strict quality control.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free worldwide on every order — no minimum spend, no thresholds, no surprises. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, excluding any import duties your local customs authority applies outside the EU.
Will the CS Series charge my laptop and phone?
Yes. The CS Series uses GaN and USB-C Power Delivery to fast-charge laptops, phones, tablets and earbuds across its 10 ports, allocating power as each device requests it. One station, all your gear.
How fast is fast charging?
Fast charging delivers the highest safe wattage your device accepts. The station negotiates with each device and shares its total power budget across the ports, giving every device what it asks for — and nothing more.
Is the 10-port station safe for all my devices?
Yes. Every port is protected against overcharging and over-current, and the GaN design keeps heat low under load. Every unit is independently safety-tested before it ships.
What is GaN, and why does it matter?
GaN (gallium nitride) is a semiconductor that replaces traditional silicon in power electronics. It delivers more power in a smaller, cooler unit — which is why the CS Series stays compact and runs cool even at full load.
Are the cables durable?
Yes. S Series cables is wrapped in braided nylon with reinforced, strain-tested connectors at both ends. Built for daily use and repeated bending.
How does the warranty work?
Every product carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If anything fails, email our support team with your order number and we'll repair or replace it.
Do I need a separate adapter when travelling?
No separate power adapter required. The CS Series accepts 100–240V, so it works on any mains supply worldwide. You'll only need a socket adapter for your destination's outlets.
